Tenet new tower expands the Integration of architecture, art, nature, and well-being on the coast of Santa Catarina

We are entering a new phase of Tenet with the launch of Opera Tower, the fourth tower in our master plan developed in Itapema, on the northern coast of Santa Catarina. Inspired by the concept of a cultural district integrated with nature, Tenet continues to establish itself as one of the most innovative real estate developments in the state.

We first introduced this new chapter in early May to a select group of partner brokers, and now Opera Tower is officially being released to the market. Scheduled for delivery in 2031, it is part of the project's second phase and further expands our vision of transforming living into an experience connected to art, well-being, and sustainability.

At Tenet, we bring together contemporary architecture, landscaping integrated with the Atlantic Forest, and public spaces within an urban-cultural ecosystem connected to CAZAH. In addition to the new residential tower, this phase includes the development of an event center and a public parking facility, reinforcing the project's role as a hub for community, culture, and business.

Opera Tower will feature 222 residential units ranging from 40 m² to 201 m², including one-bedroom apartments, suites, garden residences, and duplexes. Unlike Arepo Tower, this phase expands the offering of multi-bedroom residences, catering to both investors and families, as well as those seeking a second home by the coast.

This phase also introduces a new approach to leisure and social spaces. Residents will enjoy more than 4,700 square meters of exclusive amenities distributed across over 30 thoughtfully designed environments focused on well-being, connection, and quality of life. The event center and public parking structure further enhance the development’s infrastructure, increasing its capacity to welcome visitors and support cultural, corporate, and social activities.

The architectural design continues under the leadership of Greg Bousquet of Architects Office (AO). This new phase also features landscape design by Felipe Stracci, known for his work related to Ibirapuera Park and collaborations with the Campana Brothers. The interiors of Opera Tower are designed by ZAH Concept.

Inspired by the concept of Inhotim, Tenet was conceived to go beyond the traditional residential condominium model. The development will feature a public linear park, art installations throughout its common areas, a gastronomic boulevard, extensive green spaces, and a profound integration between architecture and nature. The master plan comprises five towers: Alpha, Sator, Arepo, Opera, and Rotas.

The addition of the event center and public parking facility reinforces our strategy of creating a new urban center in Itapema—one capable of attracting visitors, stimulating the local economy, and generating long-term value for residents and investors alike.

The market’s response has reinforced this vision. The initial phases of Tenet achieved strong demand from launch, and Arepo Tower has already reached approximately 80% of its units reserved. We expect Opera Tower to achieve similar results in the coming months.

The new tower was officially unveiled during an exclusive event held at the development itself for a select group of invited brokers. The space features both a fully furnished model apartment and a technical unit, allowing visitors to experience not only the intelligent use of space but also the construction methodology adopted throughout our projects.
