ZAH transforms vacant lot into a free padel court and community space

What could have remained just another vacant lot waiting for construction has taken on a new purpose for us. We have launched ZAH Space, a public space featuring a free padel court and an outdoor gathering area in Praia de Perequê, reinforcing our commitment to well-being and to creating experiences that positively impact people's lives.

Located at 921 Senador Atílio Fontana Avenue, the space is open daily to residents and visitors through online advance booking. Our goal is to provide an alternative for leisure, sports, and social connection in one of the fastest-growing regions on the coast of Santa Catarina.

We believe urban spaces can serve purposes far beyond their final intended use. For us, creating environments that promote health, community, and quality of life is part of the responsibility of those who shape cities.
